If you buy a level and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to Montgomery Level Co. within 30 days after the date of purchase, and we will refund your purchase price or send you a new level. Thank you for your business and your cooperation.

    LIMITED WARRANTY

Montgomery Level Company warrants to you, the original purchaser of its building level(s), that Montgomery Level Company will repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship in its level(s) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.  To obtain service under this warranty, you must return the level(s) to Montgomery Level Company at 5524 Dutton Avenue, C-3, North Charleston, SC  29406.  If it is determined that your level(s) or components are defective, Montgomery Level Company will repair or replace, at its option, your level(s) or defective components free of charge.

THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF ANY DEFECT IN YOUR MONTGOMERY LEVEL COMPANY PRODUCT(S).  MONTGOMERY LEVEL COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MONTGOMERY LEVEL COMPANY, DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED UPON BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES OR FOR ANY OTHER CAUSE.  IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE DURATION OF THOSE WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

This Limited Warranty may not be changed or modified.  No one, including any officer, representative or employee of Montgomery Level Company has authority to assume any additional liability or responsibility for Montgomery Level Company in connection with its product(s) beyond those matters set forth in this Limited Warranty.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
